On a peachy warm Sunday, a group of five keen thrill-seekers set off to test the level of thrill factor

that they were willing to reach. The Tree Tops Eco-Adventure park is home to two of the most

exciting and adventurous rides – the Pioneer and the Extreme gravity defying rollercoaster zipline.

Not holding anything back, the five of us experienced both rides, and were clinging to our seats,

quite literally. The Pioneer is a 350m ride through beautiful native eucalyptus and coachwood trees.

It is challenged in speed and length by the Extreme ride, which is 1km long. Both rides are connected

to trees throughout the park and so each bend and loop is very individual in nature – every twist is

unexpected! Many yelps and shouts of pleasure are released during the ride, and each face was

grinning as the helpful staff unbuckled the riders from their harness. Eco-tourism has reached a

whole new height with the Tree Tops rollercoaster ziplines, an experience for everyone.
